The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 2nd May, 2022 passed by the Sub-Registrar, Kujanga refusing to register the sale deed.

In course of hearing, Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to enable the Petitioner to file an appeal under Section 72 of the Registration Act, 1908.

In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
