This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

The writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "It is, therefore, prayed that your Lordship's be graciously pleased to issue of an appropriate Writ of like nature and Direction(s) or Order (s) to set aside the office order bno.HRRL-I-70/4213 dated 7th May, 2022 only in respect of the Petitioner vide Serial No.15 under Annexure-1. And pass any other order or orders as this Court deem fit and proper in the interest of justice;

And for this act of kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound, ever pray."

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that ventilating his grievance, Petitioner has filed a representation before the Opposite Party No.2, dated 07.05.2022 under Annexure-3 by e-mail, which is stated to be pending before the Authority for consideration. 5.

Considering the limited nature of grievance and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the Head, Human Resources, Corporate Office, TPSODL, Berhampur, Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 07.05.2022 (Annexure-3) within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law, by passing a speaking and reasoned order. Decision so taken be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. Till a decision is taken on the representation of the Petitioner, the transfer order shall not be given effect to. 6.

With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
