1. This matter is not in today's list, but on being Order No mentioned, the same is listed today by Special Notice and taken up on Board through Hybrid Mode.

Heard Ms. S. Jena, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. M.K.Balabantaray, learned Standing Counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the Opposite Parties in conducting election to elect the Office Bearers of Kanheipur Gramapanchayat Narishakti Mahasangha.

It is submitted by Ms. Jena, learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has moved the Opposite Party No.3 in that regard on 25.04.2022 under Annexure-5 and no decision has been taken on the same till date. 5.

Considering the limited nature of prayer, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction on the Opposite Party No.3 to take a lawful decision on Annexure-5 within a period of two weeks hence.

It is however observed that till such a decision is taken by the Opposite Party No.3, no step be taken to elect the new office bearers of the said Mahasangha. The Petitioner is directed to serve copy of the order on opposite party No.3 within a period of three days from the date of receipt of this order. The Opposite Party No.3 is also directed to act on production of the certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
