This writ petition has been filed by the Petitioners seeking a direction to the Opposite Parties not to repossess their vehicle bearing Registration No.OR-02-AV-9018 without giving any prior opportunity of hearing to them with further direction to consider their representation for clearance of loan and issuance of No Objection Certificate in their favour.

Since a litigation is pending between the parties before the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, I am not inclined to entertain the prayer made in this writ petition.
