2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a computer Lecturer of Centre of Cooperative Management, Gopalpur on Sea, Ganjam. He has filed the present writ petition seeking a direction from this Court to opposite party No.3 for fixation of pay of the petitioner and disbursement of arrear salary w.e.f. 23.11.2010.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner at this stage submits that the petitioner has given a representation to the Administrator, Odisha State Co-operative Union, Bhubaneswar, Dist. Khurda (opposite party No.2) regarding the fixation of his salary and drawal of arrear salary, which is pending since 27.12.2021. He further submits that the said representation has been forwarded to the opposite party No.2 by opposite party No.3 under Annexure-4.

4. Let the opposite party No.2 decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of presentation of this order.
