Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Since there is statutory remedy of Appeal to the Petitioner, let an Appeal be filed by the Petitioner within two weeks hence along with applications for condonation of delay as well as for interim protection before the Appellate Authority.

In the event the Petitioner files Appeal indicating therein that he has inadvertently pursued writ remedy along with an application for interim protection as well as application for condonation of delay, the delay shall be condoned and the application for interim protection be considered and the Appeal shall be heard on its own merit. 4.
