None appears for the Petitioners when the matter is called. Learned Counsel for the Opposite Party No.2 being present submits that in the meantime, the dispute giving rise to the criminal case having been resolved; the parties are contemplating to move for quashment of the said proceeding. 3.

In view of the above, the ABLAPL stands disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to renew his prayer in the event necessity so arises in future.

Interim order passed on 11.06.2020 does no more survive.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
