Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Bail Application.

Accordingly, the BLAPL is disposed of as withdrawn and the petitioner is stated to be in custody since 26.05.2019, the learned Court in seisin of the matter would do well to dispose of the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of the certified copy of this order.

It shall be open for the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail, if the trial is not concluded within the time stipulated and the delay is not attributable to him.
