1. Both the matters are taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. While TRP(C) No. 168 of 2022 has been filed by the Petitionerhusband seeking transfer of C.P. No. 52 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned Family Judge, Puri to the Court of learned Family Judge, Berhampur, TRP(C) No. 78 of 2022 has been filed by the Petitioner-wife seeking transfer of C.P. No. 8 of 2022 pending in the court of learned Family Judge, Berhampur to the Court of learned Family Judge, Puri.
3. The Petitioners in both the cases have expressed their difficulty in attending the Court at Puri & Berhampur respectively.

Having heard learned counsel for the Parties and taking into account the grounds taken in both the Petitions, this Court when proposed the learned counsel appearing for the Parties to transfer both the proceedings to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar, learned counsels appearing for the Parties accepted the said view of this Court.
5. In view of the same this Court while allowing both the Petitions, directs learned Judge, Family Court, Puri to transfer C.P. Case No. 52 of 2022 to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar. Similarly, learned Family Judge, Berhampur is also directed to transfer C.P. Case No. 8 of 2022 to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar. After receipt of the records in both the cases learned Family Judge, Bhubaneswar shall issue notice to the Parties for the appearance in both the cases and proceeds thereafter.
