This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the petitioners at the time of call so also no one had appeared on 28.09.2022. This Court by an order passed on 26.08.2016 had directed the petitioners to implead the husband of the informant as opposite party No.3 but till date that has not been complied.

In view of the above facts and especially when none appears to move the CRLMC today and on last occasion, this Court considers it proper to dismiss the CRLMC.

Accordingly, the CRLMC is dismissed.
