This is an application for conversion of CMP to W.P.(C).

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that since the matter arises out of a Land Acquisition proceeding, the CMP is not maintainable and it should have been registered as W.P.(C). He, therefore, prays for conversion of CMP to W.P.(C). 4.

In view of the above, Registry is directed to convert the CMP to W.P.(C) and list it before the assigned Bench after the S.R.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
