This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the affidavits of the Petitioner as well as the victim as also the documents annexed thereto; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioner and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in connection with Dhenkanal Sadar P.S. Case No.276 of 2019 corresponding to C.T. Case No.826 of 2019 pending on the file of the learned S.D.J.M., Dhenkanal, within three weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
