The petitioners are in custody in connection with Manamunda P.S. Case No.34 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.135 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Kantamal for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C)/25/29 of NDPS Act. 4.

Considering the nature of allegations and the fact that the seized contraband is more than commercial quantity, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore, rejected. 5.

BLAPL is accordingly rejected.
