Mr. S.S. Kanungo, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the State has categorically submitted that, on 21.05.2022, the victim girl has been rescued and restored to the parents after recording of her statement under Section 161 Cr. P.C. 4.

Mr. S.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, in view of recovery, this petition may be closed. Having noticed the above development, this petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
