1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner is prepared to approach the Board of the OSFC for settling the dues under the extant One Time Settlement (OTS) Scheme.

2. Learned counsel for the OSFC states that the OSFC will consider such application, if made in a time-bound manner in terms of the prevailing scheme. If such an application is made not later than 2nd May, 2022, in which the Petitioner is permitted to raise all contentions in a comprehensive manner listing out all relevant factors, it will be considered in terms of the extant scheme and the decision of the OSFC be communicated to the Petitioner not later than 4th July, 2022.
