Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. None appears for the opposite party No.2. 2.

This Court vide order dated 8th September, 2022 directed the petitioner to surrender before the learned Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Gajapati, Paralakhemundi within a fortnight from the date of passing of the order. As submitted by Mr. Lingaraj Sarangi, learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner could not surrender before the learned court below within the time stipulated by this Court and hence seeking extension of time to surrender before the concerned court, which is allowed. 3.

The I.A. stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Gajapati, Paralakhemundi on or before 20th September, 2022

// 2 // in G.R. Case No.46 of 2013 arising out of Mohana P.S. Case No.103 of 2013. In the event petitioner surrenders before the learned court below and moves for regular bail, the same shall be considered on merit as has been directed by order dated 8th September, 2022. 4.
