This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners for quashment of the order dated 17.04.2015 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Baleswar in Criminal Revision No.13 of 2015 wherein the learned Sessions Judge rejected the Petition filed under Section 457 Cr.P.C. for release of the vehicle holding that the petition filed under Section 457 Cr.P.C. is not maintainable.

3. It appears that this case is of the year 2015. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks for an adjournment.

4. But this Court is not inclined to adjourn the matter further and accordingly this CRLMC stands dismissed for nonprosecution. (S. Pujahari) Judge PKS
