Counsel for the Petitioner filed a Memo of Withdrawal dated 04.01.2022 stating therein that the Petitioner has received the outstanding dues from the respective Opposite Party in view of the order dated 03.12.2018 passed in WP(C) No. 12811 of 2018 and accordingly, does not want to proceed further with this CONTC.

3. In view of the Memo filed, the CONTC stands disposed of as withdrawn.
