1. This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode.

2. The defaulting borrower is praying for a direction to the Rushikulya Gramya Bank (O.P.1) for settling the outstanding liability under the account declared NPA by way of an OTS.

3. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the Bank states that the account of the petitioner stands closed in view of an amicable settlement and thus the present writ petition has become infructuous.
