1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner informs the Court that the Union which raised the dispute is no longer functioning thereby rendering the entire dispute infructuous.

2. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.

3. It will be open to the Petitioner to request the Labour Court to pass appropriate consequential orders.
