Heard Mr. S.C. Samantaray, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State opposite parties. 3.
Mr. S.C. Samantaray, learned counsel for the petitioners contended that the writ petition has become infructuous by efflux of time.

Learned counsel for the State-opposite parties contended that during pendency of the writ petition, the State-opposite parties have formulated a scheme and extended the benefit of regularization to the petitioners w.e.f. 25.12.2012.

In view of the above, since the relief sought by the petitioners has been granted, the writ petition has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is disposed of as infructuous by efflux of time. Alok ...........................
