Perused the report of the learned trial Court dated 29.10.2022 from which it appears that after availing the interim bail period, the petitioner has not surrendered in the learned trial Court for which warrant of arrest has been issued against him. In view of the conduct of the petitioner in not complying with the terms and conditions of the interim bail order, the prayer for bail stands rejected. The learned trial Court shall proceed with the steps for arrest of the petitioner.

The BLAPL stands disposed of.
