Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.Rizvi, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the Vigilance. 3.

Considering the submission and on going through the materials as placed as well as nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances and in the absence of any such other impediment; it is directed that in the event of arrest of the Petitioner in Cuttack Vigilance P.S. Case No.12 of 2018 corresponding to V.G.R. Case No.10 of 2018 pending in the court of the learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Cuttack, he shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as the Arresting Officer may deem just and proper with further condition that he will not tamper with the evidence. The petitioner is also

// 2 // hereby directed to appear before the Investigating Officer on 11.04.2022 in between 10.00 am to 2.00 pm and on such other date as will be so asked in order to cooperate with the investigation. 4.

Violation of any term/s or condition/s would entail cancellation of bail.
