Government Advocate submits that in the meantime Bhadrak Rural P.S. Case No. 303 dated 9.6.2022 has already been registered in connection with the complaint under Annexure-1 under Sections 323, 354, 294, 427,506/34 I.P.C. and one S.I. has already been entrusted with the case, Mr.Jena, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to proceed with the matter.

Accordingly, the CRLMP is disposed of as not pressed.
