Petitioner in this RPFAM seeks to assail the order dated 3rd May, 2022 (Annexure-4) passed in Cr.P.(Execution) No.85 of 2020, whereby learned Judge, Family Court, Dhenkanal by rejecting the objection of the Petitioner with regard to maintainability of the Execution Case, directed for issuance of DW along with conditional NBW of arrest for realization of the amount put to execution.

In course of hearing, Mr. Nath, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that there is a chance of amicable settlement in the matter. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the RPFAM to move the learned Judge, Family Court, Dhenkanal in that regard.
