This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). This is an application for change of nomenclature from CRLREV to CRLMC.

Considering the averments taken in the interim application and on hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State, the nomenclature of CRLREV be changed to CRLMC.

Registry is directed to re-register the case as CRLMC and place it before the assigned Bench. The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
