The grievance of the Petitioners in this writ petition is with regard to non-inclusion of their name in the Voter List of the ensuing election of the Cooperative Societies. 3.

Since the notification for election of the Cooperative Societies has already been published, Mr. Rath, learned counsel for the Petitioners prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to redress their grievances before the competent authority. 4.

In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
