This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This is an application for modification/correction of the order dated 15th July, 2022 by which the writ petition was disposed of.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that at paragraphs-2, 3 and 7 of the order dated 15th July, 2022 instead of mentioning the number of the vehicle (Bus) bearing "Registration No.OD-09-E-4805", it has been inadvertently mentioned as "Registration No.OD-09-E-4845" for which the Petitioner could not comply with the said order. 4.

I find the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioner to be correct. The order dated 15th July, 2022 be corrected accordingly to the aforesaid extent. 5.

In view of such correction, time fixed for the Petitioner to comply with the order dated 15th July, 2022 is extended for a

// 2 // further period of fifteen days. Rest part of the order shall remain unaltered.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
