ORDER (Oral) 08.03.2022 05.

1. This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode.

2. The present writ petition has been filed by the borrower with the grievance that the Indian Bank/Opposite Party has proceeded to issue a sale notice of the secured asset owned by the guarantor without considering the prospect of liquidating the loan account under the One Time Settlement Scheme.

3. At the time of hearing, Mr. S.K. Dey, learned counsel for the Bank states that the account has since now been liquidated and the present writ petition has become infructuous.

4. In view of the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
