This I.A. has been filed by the petitioner for extension of time. 2.

Heard Ms. M. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A.K. Nanda, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate.

Ms. M. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits pursuant to order dated 0509.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 12379 of 2022 the petitioner could not file the grievance petition within the time indicated by this Court on account of serious illness of the petitioner. Accordingly, she prays for some more time to file such grievance petition. 4.

Considering the submissions made and grounds taken in this I.A., this Court in modification of order dated 05.09.2022 grants further two weeks time from today to the petitioner to file a grievance petition before the opp. party no.4.

Rest part of the order dated 05.09.2022 shall remain unaltered. 6.

I.A. is disposed of.
