Mohanty, learned counsel for the Prasant petitioners.

According to Mr. Mohanty, the petitioners are aggrieved by the non-redressal of their grievances vis-à-vis the award passed in L.A. Case No.43(48)/11 in the year 2012 in connection with which a reference is stated to be pending before the learned District Judge, Puri in the form of L.A. Case No.22/22. To that effect a memo is filed in Court today. The same be tagged to the case records. 3.

Since the matter is pending before the learned District Judge, Puri, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, we observe that in the event, the petitioners make a motion before the learned District Judge, Puri for early disposal of the above noted L.A. Case, the learned District Judge, Puri may look into such grievances of the petitioners and pass appropriate order on

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. 5.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
