1. The Petitioner is stated to be a bonafide purchaser from the original lessee whose lease has been cancelled by the Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar by the impugned order dated 18th May, 1998 in W.L. Case No.349 of 1985. On the short ground that the Petitioner had to be heard before such order was passed, it is hereby set aside and W.L. Case No.349 of 1985 is remanded to the Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar. It shall be listed there on 25th April, 2022. The Petitioner will on that date appear along with a downloaded copy of this order. The Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar will endeavour to complete the proceedings and pass a fresh order after hearing the parties within four months thereafter. Till such time, the interim order passed by this Court on 16th April, 2012 will continue. It is clarified that the above proceedings stand revived only insofar as the Petitioner's claim is concerned.
