This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

This is application for modification of the order dated 12.12.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.5651 of 2022.

Considering the submission made and on going through the averments taken in the Petition; the order dated 12.12.2022 stands modified to the extent that in the 5th line of paragraph-2 of the order, the name of the Court "S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar" be substituted by "J.M.F.C. Cognizance-II, Bhubaneswar". Necessary correction is carried out in the order accordingly.

In view of the above correction, the date fixed for surrender of the Petitioners before the Court in seisin of the case be extended by two weeks more with effect from today. 4.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
