1. Learned counsel appearing for Opposite Party No.2 confirms that the matter has been settled between Opposite Party No.2 and the Petitioner and a compromise affidavit has also been filed at Flag-C to the present application.

2. In that view of the matter, Bhubaneswar Mahila P.S. Case No.35

(12) of 2016 and the corresponding CT Case No.664 of 2016 and all proceedings consequent thereto are hereby quashed.

3. The CRLMC is accordingly disposed of.
