This is an application for extension of time. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to mistake of G.R. case number in the cause title of the bail application, modification has been prayed but extension of surrender time has not been mentioned. Hence, the present I.A. has been filed for extension of time to surrender.

Considering the submissions, it is further directed that the petitioner can avail the benefit of the bail order dated 13.06.2022, if he surrenders before the learned S.D.J.M., Bhadrak on or before 20th
