This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.

2. Heard Mr. S.C.Puspalaka, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. This transfer petition has been filed by the petitioner-wife under Section 24 of C.P.C. for transfer of C.P. No.207 of 2022 filed by the opp. party-husband under Section 12 (1) (a) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for annulment of marriage by a decree of nullity in the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar, to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack.

4. On perusal of the transfer petition, I do not find any ground to transfer the case.

5. Hence, the TRP (C) is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application, in case situation so warrants.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules. .........................
