This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner with the following relief:

"The petitioner, therefore, prays that Your Lordship's may graciously be pleased to admit the writ application, call for the records and after hearing the parties and issue a writ in the nature of Certiorari/Mandamus or any other or further writ/writ(s), direction/directions directing the opp. parties to regularize the petitioner's service from 2006 instead of 2016 vide letter dated 19.07.2017 and 05.08.2017 and to grant benefit of RACP/MACPs in favour of the Petitioenr vide letter no.53750 dated 27.12.2018 for the interest of justice."

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that ventilating his grievance, Petitioner has filed a representation before the Commandant OSAP, 4th bn Rourkela, Opposite Party No.4, dated 18.04.2022 under Annexure-7, which according to the Petitioner is pending for consideration.

Considering the limited nature of grievance and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the Commandant OSAP, 4th bn Rourkela, Opposite Party No.4, to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 18.04.2022 (Annexure-7) taking into consideration Annexures-4 series and 6, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law, by passing a speaking and reasoned order. Decision so taken be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. 6.

With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. 7.
