This RPFAM has been filed assailing the order dated 11th September, 2017 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Kendrapara in I.A. No. 113 of 2015 arising out of Crl. Proceeding No.132 of 2015.

It is submitted by Mr. Sahoo, learned counsel for the Petitioner that since in the meantime Crl. Proceeding No. 132 of 2015 has already been disposed of, this RPFAM has become infructuous. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of RPFAM. A memo to that effect has been filed in Court today, which is taken on record.

Accordingly, the RPFAM is disposed of as withdrawn. 5.

Certified copy of the impugned order shall be returned to the learned counsel for the Petitioner on substitution of attested photocopy thereof.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
