Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

Looking to the limited request involved herein and as this Court finds the representation at the instance of the petitioner on the self same issue vide Annexure-3 series is pending consideration with the Enforcement Officer, Cuttack Development Authority-opposite party no.4, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the Enforcement Officer, Cuttack Development Authority-opposite party no.4, in the event of receipt of any such complainant finds place at Annexure-3 series of the writ petition, to take decision on the same also involving the parties likely to be affected such as opposite party no.6 along with petitioner in the event any enquiry is undertaken by completing the exercise within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioner.
