1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. This application has been filed seeking recalling of the order dtd.19.09.2022.

3. Since the writ petition was withdrawn with liberty to take appropriate step for restoration of O.A. No. 2066 of 1999, in spite of availing that liberty, the present I.A. has been filed.

4. In view of the fact that the order was passed basing on the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain the I.A..

5. Accordingly, the I.A. is rejected.
