Learned counsel for the State has produced the D.N.A. test report, which indicates that the appellant and the victim are the biological parents of the baby boy. The D.N.A. test report is taken on record.

In view of such D.N.A. test report, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this CRLA with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after examination of the victim in the learned trial Court.
