Parhi, learned Assistant Solicitor General of India appearing for opposite party no.1; and Mr. P.P. Mohanty, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate appearing for opposite party no.2.

Since the petitioner seeks for resumption of the mining lease in his favour on the plea that he has deposited the entire outstanding dues, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition, as because similar matter is pending before the apex Court. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum, if he is so advised.
