The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction for early disposal of C.P. No. 530 of 2016 pending before learned Judge, Family Court, Bhadrak.

On perusal of the record, it appears that earlier this Court in W.P.(C) No.8999 of 2021 has already issued direction for early disposal of the said civil proceeding. Hence, the prayer made in this writ petition is misconceived. 4.
