The Petitioners in this writ petition seek to assail the order dated 6th April, 1976 passed by the Assistant Settlement Officer, Rent Camp, Saya in the district of Balasore in Objection No.7074 of 1974.

In course of argument, Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that final R.O.R. in respect of mouza Saya has already been published. Hence, interest of justice will be best served, if the Petitioners file a revision under Section 15(b) of the Odisha Survey and Settlement Act, 1958 (for short 'the Act') assailing the correctness of the R.O.R. published under Section 12-B of the Act and prays for withdrawal of the writ petition. 4.

In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
