Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

For the Petitioner not filing the lease document involving grant of lease in his favour by virtue of Scheduled Caste and landless person, the Writ Petition is not entertainable. 3.

It is at this stage of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioner wants to withdraw the Writ Petition and to come with a better Writ Petition. In the circumstance, the Writ Petition stands permitted to be withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for but however even enclosing a copy of the lease document.
