The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2.
Heard Ms. S. Biswal, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. A.K. Nanda, learned Additional Government Advocate. 3.
This is an application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the Petitioner Gopinath Khemundu in connection with Semiliguda P.S. Case No.52 of 2019, corresponding to C.T. Case No.55 of 2019 pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Koraput for alleged commission of offence under Sections 452/341/302 of the Indian Penal Code.
Upon hearing both parties and considering the statement of the deceased as well as the other girl Ranjita Murya, I am not inclined to release the Petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected.

However, as prayed on behalf of the Petitioner, he is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after examination of said Ranjita Murya and other relevant witnesses in course of trial. 6.
The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
