Considering the rival contentions of the parties on finality of the Order No.
proceeding involving Mutation Case No.7167 of 2020, this Court finds once there is allowing of the mutation case, unless there is legal impediment, there is no need in bringing out the writ petition in this Court. In the event there is no challenge to the finality of the proceeding in Mutation Case, the Tahasildar should proceed in preparation of record-of-right consequent of order and should not await the applicant for proceeding in the matter of correction of record-of-right. In the circumstance, this Court directs the Tahasildar, Pipili-opposite party nbo.2 to find out as to any obstruction in making out the direction in Mutation Case No.7167 of 2020 and in the event there is no obstruction in working out the same, prepare the record-of-right involving the property involved in the above case by completing his exercise within a period of fifteen days from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the observation and direction made hereinabove.
