This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

Heard Mr. S.C. Dash, learned counsel for the Appellants and Mr. J.K. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Respondent.

It is submitted by Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the Appellants as well as Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Respondent that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and consolidated amount of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees five lakhs) to be paid to the Respondent.

In such view of the matter, the Appeal is disposed of with the aforesaid modification. The decree passed by the learned Court below be modified to the extent indicated above. 5.

The Executing Court is directed to implement the modified decree and workout the final amount payable and the modality in which the amount is to be paid to the Respondent.

Let the aforesaid agreed amount be deposited within a period of eight weeks before the Executing Court. 7.

With the aforesaid observations, the Appeal is disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
