Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The impugned order is of the year 2008. The Writ Petition was filed in 2011 and not even entertained as of now. This Court finds, this is a vexatious litigation and if entertained after long lapse of time, it will be unnecessarily dragging the Parties having sound sleep over decade.
