This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

This is an application under Section 438, Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner for anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner had given fake disability certificate for getting engagement in Sikhya Sahayak.

Considering the nature of allegation, gravity of offence and the fact of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, it is directed that in the event the petitioner surrender before the learned J.M.F.C., Khallikote in G.R. Case No.250 of 2022, arising out of Kodala P.S. Case No.116 of 2022 within a period of three weeks from today, he shall be released on bail on such
// 2 // terms and conditions as the learned Magistrate may deem just and proper including the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation as and when required.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
